How we take an instruction
We begin with the people and the papers: identity documents, title, the will if any, marriage or birth certificates, and a list of dependants. From there we advise on a petition for a grant, confirmation, a dependant claim, or an objection.
Where land forms part of an estate, we coordinate succession with conveyancing so transfers are not left hanging after confirmation of grant.
This page is general information on our succession practice. It is not legal advice. Book a consultation to discuss an estate or a grant.
